Just doing it
I try to exercise 4-6 times a week. This means going to the gym or running and sometimes walking. I will usually go to the gym 3 times a week and go on the treadmill, rowing machine and the cross trainer. with this exercise i hope to get much fitter and reach my goal or running 6-8 km without stopping.
